Neck Warm-up Stretch Part 1
Begin in the starting position with both of your feet planted firmly on the bottom of the pool.
Feel your body stable in the water.
Do not wobble from side to side.
Look straight ahead and take a slow deep breath in through your nose.

Now as you slowly exhale, allow your chin to drop gently and slowly to your chest.
Do not force it.
Allow your shoulders to relax.
Now inhale and bring your chin back to the starting position as shown in Neck1.
